TZD/C series vibration motor is my company has developed a new type of vibrating motor, vibrating motor is the original TZD series of further improvements, improved bearing life, increased excitation, reducing the quality and eccentric flywheel torque.
TZD series three-phase asynchronous motor is a source of vibration for various types of vibration machinery. It is widely used in power, food, chemical, metallurgy, building materials, coal, mining, metallurgy, light industry, cement, railway, port and other industries. TZD Series Vibration Motor Main Features

Its biggest features are: small size, light weight, large excitation force, stable amplitude, stepless adjustment of excitation force, fully sealed casing, can work under any dust conditions without explosion-proof requirements.

5) Apply a linker to connect with the air conveyor ,which can directly inline with filling machine .

TZD Series Vibration Motor Operating Conditions

The protection grade is divided into IP44, IP54, IP55 and other insulation grades: Class B or F. Working conditions: below 1000 meters above sea level, ambient temperature -15 ~ + 40 ℃, cooling method IC0041. The working mode is S1 (continuous quota work system).
